What is it?
Vitamin E comes from a family of fat-soluble compounds and comes in many forms. With eight different types, they include four tocopherols; (alpha, beta, gamma and delta) and four tocotrienols. The most common and the strongest form of Vitamin E is Alpha tocopherol. Vitamin E is vital for optimum health and has a way of preventing various diseases.
