How to Use
Dry Oil Body Moisturiser: Spray the Dry Oil Body Moisturiser all over the body after bathing or showering. Massage gently until absorbed.
Anti-Stress Bath & Shower Gel:
For Bath: pour a small quantity under running water. Relax for 10 minutes. Towel dry. For optimum results, follow with massaging all stressed areas with Marine Magnesium..
For Shower: pour a small quantity of this gel on a damp washcloth, a damp sponge or body brush, and apply. Rinse and towel dry. Follow with Preserve Body Moisturizer or Dry Oil Body Moisturizer.
