How to Use
Tension Relief Gel: Apply tension relief gel as often as required to sensitive areas such as back, shoulders, neck and calves. Leave to soak in.
Multi-Active Hand Cream: At any time of day, apply a small quantity of the Multi-Active Hand Cream. Massage well until absorbed. Excellent for dry cuticles.
Anti-Stress Bath & Shower Gel:
For Bath: pour a small quantity under running water. Relax for 10 minutes. Towel dry. For optimum results, follow with massaging all stressed areas with Marine Magnesium..
For Shower: pour a small quantity of this gel on a damp washcloth, a damp sponge or body brush, and apply. Rinse and towel dry. Follow with Preserve Body Moisturizer or Dry Oil Body Moisturizer.
