Definition

A gelatinous mass “fungus or mushroom” grown from fermented sweet black tea, as a result of the combination of a yeast and a bacterium (SACCHAROMYCES/ XYLINUM) held to confer health benefits. Rich in B vitamins, enzymes and acids. Scientific research shows Kombucham increases G3PDH enzyme facilitating lipo-filling.
