I’ve placed an order online, what do you do with my information?

We keep your Name, Email address, Address and any contact numbers you’ve provided as part of the order. We use this information to help identify you should you need to speak to us about your order.


What emails will you send me?

All our emails are tailored to give the latest and greatest in the world of Pevonia. From time to time we will contact you about your account if we suspect any fraudulent activity or if we need to advise you of any changes to Pevonia. When you place an order on the website, you will receive an email confirmation and also delivery updates from our couriers when your products are on the way.


Will you share my email with anyone else?

We never share any of your information with any third parties without your permission and your information will only be used for or in connection to the reason you gave it to us. For Example, if you place and order with us, we would use this information to verify your identity if you contacted us about your account.


How long do you keep my information?

By Law we must keep order information for 7 years as this is financial information. If you had signed up for our newsletter and chose to unsubscribe then we would delete your email address from our records and wouldn’t send you any further emails.


Are my banking details stored on any of your systems?

We don’t store any bank details or details of Credit or Debit cards for any of our customers. We use World Pay and PayPal to process payments on our behalf and we maintain PCI compliance to ensure your data is always protected.


How do you protect my information?

All our customer data is protected on site at our head office and is protected by firewalls, passwords and user access monitoring. We do our absolute best to keep your data safe and treat it the same we do our most sensitive business information

How do I get a copy of my Data?

Your data belongs to you and you can request a copy by contacting us at [email protected] with the subject of Data Access Request. We will then contact you with a data request form where you can tell us exactly what information it is you would like a copy of.

How do I delete my account?

Get in touch with us on [email protected] and we can close your account for you. You previous order history wouldn't be deleted as part of the account deletion, as we would use the information to contact you regarding any product recalls or to identify you should you ever need to contact us to discuss an order. All our records are held for 7 years in line with statutory regulations.
