My sister bought me a treatment prior to my wedding.  The staff there were wonderful, made me feel special and really made the session a special experience for me.  Nothing was too much trouble.  While I was there, a man came into reception to book a treatment for his wife.  He explained that she was in hospital and not expected to come out.  He broke down and cried while explaining.  The receptionist was amazing.  She went to him and comforted him and then arranged for one of their team to go to the hospital to see his wife.  He left smiling and this has really stuck with me.  They were SO lovely and SO helpful.  I felt amazing when I left.  I can’t praise them highly enough.

Jane is always such a good listener and takes great care in her treatments ( I can see why women have been doing this stuff for years) I definitely always feel like a better version of myself when I leave. She even went out of her way to come in on her day off when I needed a neck massage after a skiing accident. A very thoughtful and genuine therapist and I would highly recommend her advice (she knows her stuff). She is a good advert for your products and has earned her very good local reputation. If you mention her to friends in the area (as I have been telling everyone to go there) they all seem to already know who she is and sing her praises. It’s refreshing to see such professionalism and high standards but on a personal level I wish there were more people like Jane who through her work is trying to heal people. I wish her all the best of luck and hope her and her team win this award.
