Job description:
Defining and setting objectives for the spa, you will ensure we become and remain leaders in our field. Like us, you will settle for nothing less than complete customer satisfaction and will manage every aspect of the operation – from recruitment and retention to budgeting, health and safety and overall commercial success.
Needless to say, you will bring a comprehensive appreciation of the business arena, gained through at least 7 years’ relevant management experience. A high profile member of a professional body, you will hold a specialist qualification, be fully health and safety skilled, computer literate and extremely flexible and adaptable.
Above all, you will have the personality profile to inspire and mentor your team and have the professionalism to remain calm – just like your Spa – in every situation.
