Spa Manager
Job description:
To manage and supervise the day to day operation of The Aphrodite Tennis and Spa LTD so that unit objectives are achieved and maintained in relation to the company, the guests and the personnel.

The Retreat Spa, Aprodite Hills Resort, Pafos, Cyprus
Requirements:
- To ensure the smooth and safe operation of the Spa and that all procedures and responsibilities of all team members are followed every day
- To carry out administrative procedures that concerns the operation of the Spa
- To be familiar with all the facilities and operating procedures of the Spa
- To see guests regarding complaints relating to the Spa Department or treatments and take appropriate action to follow up the complaint
- To record all retail sales commission for the payroll for the Spa team members at the end of the month
- To motivate and monitor all Spa team members individual targets and incentives
- To motivate all Spa team members to achieve and exceed the Spas budgeted targets
- To maintain standards of treatments, appearance and conduct of team members
- To be responsible for the ordering and maintaining of stock levels for all the Spa and Hair Salon
- To be at the forefront of all new Spa operating procedures, treatments and equipments on the market, and to arrange for the training of new treatments to the highest of standards for the Spa therapists
- To assist in the marketing of all spa and resort activities and to promote their facilities and integration
- To input and update information in the CSS system in relation to stock or treatment activities
- To input the therapist working schedule in the CSS system and to observe and adjust as necessary to the demands of the Spa clientele
- To record any changes made to the Spa team members schedule i.e. sick, lieu or extra days worked and to inform the personnel department
- To record in the Log Book any problems, accidents or incidents along with details of action taken
- To understand and implement the company’s staff policies and internal regulations
- To understand and implement the company’s voluntary standards & code of conduct
- To be aware and knowledgeable of the company profile
- To perform other duties as and when requested by the Spa Director or Company Senior Management

Attend any meeting or training sessions as required by management.
As a team player, to also carry out any other reasonable requests and activities associated with ensuring the expectations of our guests are exceeded, and to continually strive to deliver the highest quality of service to customers whilst adhering to all legal rules, regulations, and guidelines of the Resort.
To be conversant with:
a) The Resort Fire Procedures
b) The Resort Security Procedures
c) The Resort Health and Safety Policy and Procedures
d) The Resort facilities and attraction
e) Hotel and Resort operation standards and department procedures
f) Hotel and Resort short and long term marketing promotions
Internal:
Liaise with interfacing departments of The Retreat and resort to provide exceptional service to the guests
